Be honest: how many tabs do you open just to post one thing on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X?
If the answer is “too many”, you already know the pain. Every platform wants a different caption length, a different image size and a different posting time. AdaptlyPost puts all of that in one calendar, rewrites each post for each platform with AI, and publishes it for you.
The AdaptlyPost lifetime deal just launched on AppSumo from $59, and it’s already #1 in both Social Media and Marketing. We read all 171 buyer reviews and compared it with AdaptlyPost’s own pricing, so you can decide before Black Friday.

What AdaptlyPost actually does for you
1. One calendar for every account
You see your whole month at a glance and drag posts around. Before anything goes live, you preview and tweak it per platform: shorter text for X, more hashtags for Instagram, a cleaner hook for LinkedIn. AdaptlyPost can also pick posting times based on when your audience is most active.

2. Bulk scheduling that actually saves hours
Drop a folder of images or videos, set a start date, posts per day and the gap between posts, and AdaptlyPost spreads them out across your accounts. One reviewer said they scheduled “a couple of months” of content with drag-and-drop and a few clicks.

3. AI captions and an AI image studio
Type a prompt and get a first-draft caption, or generate a social-ready image and resize it for each platform. A caption or a standard image costs 2 AI credits, and a premium image costs 4. A home-services business on AppSumo said the image tool gives them realistic visuals they struggled to get elsewhere.
4. Let your AI agent do the posting
This is where AdaptlyPost feels different. It has an API, webhooks, an MCP server and an OpenClaw integration, so tools like Claude can write, schedule and publish posts for you in plain English. Several reviewers bought it for exactly this; one said connecting it to Claude and Canva “just works”, while their previous tool was too complicated to set up.
The good stuff (what buyers love)
- Unlimited scheduled posts. You’re limited by connected accounts and AI credits, not by how much you post.
- No per-account fees. A former Publer user loves connecting 13 accounts without paying extra for each one.
- Easy setup. Connecting accounts is the most praised part. One French reviewer was up and running in about 15 minutes.
- Workspaces for each brand. Handy if you manage several businesses or clients.
- Analytics that include outside posts. The dashboard even shows posts you published without AdaptlyPost.
- Fast development. The team ships new features quickly and responds to feedback.
The not-so-good stuff (read this before you buy)
161 of 171 reviews are 5 stars, which is impressive. But AdaptlyPost was founded in January 2026, and the critical reviews show where it’s still young:
- Some platform-specific bugs. One buyer had TikTok videos go live without their custom covers. Another couldn’t post more than 8 videos to YouTube, and thumbnails didn’t always come through.
- Links on X were a problem for one user. They couldn’t use links in X posts and refunded. If X is your main channel, test link posts in week one.
- Credits for some posts. Reviewers mention that posting to X uses credits, and one was surprised by how many credits a post with a link used. Captions and images also draw from the same monthly credits.
- Analytics are basic. No X analytics yet, and no social inbox for comments or DMs. This is a publishing tool, not a full Sprout Social replacement.
- Occasional connection hiccups. An agency owner had to reconnect a few platforms, and one unhappy buyer found posting to Threads and Instagram inconsistent.
- Missing networks. No Reddit, Quora or Patreon yet.
Is the AdaptlyPost lifetime deal worth it? Let’s do the math
Here are AdaptlyPost’s prices on its official pricing page next to the two most useful AppSumo tiers:
| Plan | Accounts | AI credits | Team / workspaces | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Creator (direct) | 30 | 150/mo | 1 / 1 | $19/month |
| Pro (direct) | 60 | 400/mo | 3 / 3 | $39/month |
| AppSumo Tier 1 | 25 | 200/mo | 1 / 3 | $59 once |
| AppSumo Tier 2 | 50 | 600/mo | 5 / 15 | $139 once |
So the AdaptlyPost lifetime deal pays for itself in about 3 to 4 months compared with paying monthly. Tier 1 has slightly fewer accounts than the Creator plan (25 vs 30) but more AI credits and workspaces. Tier 2 beats the Pro plan on credits, team members and workspaces.
Which tier? Tier 1 is plenty for a solo creator or one small business. Pick Tier 2 if you have a team or run social for clients. Tiers 3 and 4 ($329 and $499) are for agencies managing 100 to 250 accounts. Small print in the AdaptlyPost lifetime deal terms: activate within 60 days, and you can only downgrade within those 60 days.
Should you grab the AdaptlyPost lifetime deal this Black Friday?
Yes, if you…
- post to 3 or more platforms every week and are tired of copy-pasting
- pay monthly for Buffer, Publer or Hootsuite and want out
- manage several brands or clients and need separate workspaces
- want an AI agent (Claude, OpenClaw) to handle posting for you
Skip it if you…
- need a social inbox to reply to comments and DMs
- rely on deep analytics or client-ready reporting
- mainly post links on X
- need Reddit, Quora or Patreon

My honest take
AdaptlyPost does the boring part of social media really well: one calendar, one upload, and every platform gets a version that fits. Add unlimited scheduled posts, workspaces and an MCP server for AI agents, and it’s a lot of tool for $59.
It’s also a very new product, so expect a few platform bugs and thin analytics for now. Use the 60-day refund window wisely: connect every account you care about, test videos on TikTok and YouTube, try links on X, and watch your credits. If it all works for your channels, the AdaptlyPost lifetime deal could replace a monthly scheduler bill for good.
